My new and improved Extraordinary Health e-newsletter will bring my obsession to your computer screen. Each week you will receive cutting edge health and wellness content delivered to you by the doctor’s, scientists and nutritionists that work with me at Garden of Life. I will even let you inside my own life with my weekly column that expresses my views (and sometimes outrage) on the current state of health and wellness in America. 

Previously this e-newsletter came once a month.  I decided recently that with my team of scientists, doctors, nutritionists and health writers that we could do better.  We have so much quality information to share and so many people dedicated to Empowering Extraordinary Health, that is would be a disservice not to communicate with you more frequently.

And Empower you we will!  You will find in every issue my own personal insights into health and wellness, whether it be what foods and supplements I am currently taking to how I feel about the state of the health food industry (the answer will surprise you).  There will be great recipes, articles that focus on children’s health and women’s health, even a whole section devoted to the “green” movement and how we are supporting global sustainability at Garden of Life.  You may not read every article every week, but my hope is that each time you click to open our newsletter you will find relevant information that will positively affect your health and well-being. 

I have been blessed to share my health and wellness knowledge through a variety of channels.  I host my own TV Program that airs worldwide in over 40 countries and has been running for over a year.  We recently launched the Extraordinary Health magazine which we hope to grow dramatically in the next year.  I have written 19 health and wellness books covering a wide range of topics.  And now I am offering an improved way for you to receive cutting edge health and wellness content, absolutely free.
